Through the Practice of Meditation you can keep life in perspective and avoid burnout or breakdown, by allowing earthly things to assume their true size.

Zen meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. While some monks may spend years of concentrated effort to attain the ultimate state of peace, many in the "modern" world just simply are not able to take a Tibetian holiday.

But there are still tools that you can use. By taking just a little time each day you can achieve the ultimate state needed to allow yourself to find your focus and achieve clarity through meditation.

With Zen Meditation, many suggest that you seek out a Zen Master to help you with the methods and meditaiton techniques. A Zen master has been trained in this art that has been handed down for centuries. You may or may not have one in your area, but a quick search will help you find individual or group sessions.


Even if there are no Zen Masters in your area, starting off with the audio series and a commitment to spend a little time each day to incorporate meditation into you life is a great start.
